Mmm....i love soup. It's been cool and rainy all day...the first one as we ease towards fall...perfect soup weather !
I tossed ends and pieces of red dragon carrots ( turned the broth purple !) green beans,kohlrabi, zucchini, along with some cooked spaghetti noodles, a few blackbeans a few small sheets of toasted nori ( the kind that are everywhere now !) a big Not-Chick'n Bouillon cube with about 4 cups of water. Simmered for about 15 minutes and now ive got purpley noodle soup !
